I had a small problem with my order and emailed Ole Originals, not expecting much. Support got back to me really quickly and were basically like, “No worries, we’ll get that sorted for you,” which was a relief. There wasn’t any messing about or loads of back and forth, they just fixed it without making it a big deal. The item itself is great too, so I’d happily order from them again

I ordered two prints and a mug from Ole Originals, and everything showed up exactly like I picked it out. The colors looked right, the sizes were correct, and there weren’t any mix-ups with the order.
I did have a little moment where I thought one of the prints might be off because the preview online looked kind of different, but once I saw it in person, it was actually fine.
Overall I’d give it 4 stars. Everything was accurate and I’m happy with what I got, though the packaging could’ve been a bit neater. Not quite as polished as some other orders I’ve had, but...
